This book explores how U.S. presidents Dwight D. Eisenhower and John F. Kennedy failed to stand up to Soviet aggression during the early Cold War—despite America's overwhelming nuclear advantage.
Memoir and essay writer. I've been writing since high school but more seriously in the last ten years. Occasionally I blog. My largest project is a creative non-fiction memoir (see below). I have worked in academia for the last twenty-four years in administration and teaching. Currently querying agents.

Information
I did a lot of speaking about the small northeast city where I grew up and eventually started journaling. I always wanted to write a memoir, so my pen led me to craft a 60,000 word coming of age memoir. I grew up in the early 70s and 80s, thus the text and narrative revolves around the social and political issues of that time. I'm aiming for publication by January 2009 with a small press.
