Native New Yorker, currently living in Oklahoma. I am an idealist, the characters I write about are my way of making peace with the less than ideal world we live in. Writing their stories is an exercise in self awareness.  I expend most of my excess mental energy day dreaming. In the real world my family is my main concern, and I choose to stay at home, accessible to them 24/7. Eventually I will get around to earning a degree in psychology, hopefully attaching real worth to my constant preoccupation with the emotional state of myself and those around me. It is those emotions that influence my writing the most. Each of my character is a study of sorts, despite the fantasy nature of the worlds they reside in, some basic truths are embedded in their personalities. The way emotions are processed differs creating a state of mind individual to the emotions their experiences trigger and the way each one responds. Through roleplaying these characters in persistant online worlds, I have had the freedom to explore some of the darker aspects of my own emotions in a safe way, almost creates an out of body experience on a mental level. I hope people will look past the words of each piece; passively reading and actively feeling them instead.
