Information
I have read a number of author bios and I now see how...incomplete and uninformative my bio is. I am almost ashamed that it took me this long to realize it. Sad, I know.
I am a young woman in my late 20s who at one time knew no greater joy than learning to express herself through the written word. Then, as my responsibilities and disillusionment grew, my desire to write disappeared. Now, something that at one time brought me great joy is something I rarely feel compelled to do. This from a woman who wrote voraciously throughout grade school, won writing contests, and amazed people with her ability. I guess it is possible to peak early.
Now I write when the mood strikes, and when it does, which is rarely, I promise to put my pen to paper and see what flows. I refuse to believe that all is lost.
