Information
Hark The Poet-
Being a San Diego California native, Its only natural that Hark The Poet would be such a great wordsmith, as her parents were poetry connossieurs, during the Mari Evens and Gil Scot Heron era of the late 60's.
While in the womb, Hark's mother would read poetry to her, possibly instilling the strong love Hark has for verse and writing, discovered publicly at age 13.
Hark's writing reflects that she holds close to her heart, God’s root in her and using HIM and her FAITH in HIM as her “Primary Muse” to overcome all things, which is the lesson that is learned in all her pieces.
She refers to her written and spoken word, as “Peaces”, in hopes that as HARK the Poet, she will assist in bringing reminders and “peace” to the hearts of the people.
