I am an  American Council on Exercise Certified Advanced Health & Fitness Professional, Personal Trainer and  Weight & Lifestyle Management consultant.  I am also the owner of Evolution Total Wellness Inc. located in New York.   Currently I am pursuing my wellcoach designation through Wellcoaches Corporation. Additionally, I am a published fitness writer for several outlets, a fitnes coach and author of Oscar and Otis - Fat Fighters.       My major influences are the people and the children I have personally worked with in the trying to achieve a healthier lifestyle.  Artisitically, I would have to say every author that has made me laugh through pure sarcasm. Motivationally, everyone who has overcome greater odds than seem imaginable and triumph.
