I live in the haunted seaside community of St Augustine Florida which, by itself, provides an endless source of inspiration & potential topics.  Writing lets me twist & shape history into wacked out tall tales - some scary & some funny - even better when combined. I am an avid reader, normally inhaling 2 books per week as my schedule allows. My preference is fiction/adventure, though I also enjoy historical & biographical works. Whenever possible I like to incorporate history (though often exaggerated) with a mix of light paranormal, off-beat characters, and unpredictable plot twists. Since my target audience is primarily MG/YA boys I try to maintain an attention grabbing pace & blend it with clean but snappy dialogue, while building a rollercoaster ride of sorts.
