My influences are too numerous to mention. There are countless people who have helped shape my life. I was born and raised in New Jersey, but relocated to New Orleans in 1994 to attend Tulane University. I started writing while earning my Master's degree and decided that I enjoyed it far more than anything else I had ever done. I've been an avid reader since childhood, and though my focus is science fiction and fantasy, I have a great love for other genres too.

Boundary's Fall is my first major literary work. It is an epic fantasy series that, when completed, will span no more than five books. The series, which, as of September 2003, has two published volumes (Path of Glory and Sword of Honor) chronicles the adventures of Jeran and Dahr, two young men who discover a reawakening evil that is threatening their home.

I have also written a number of short stories, most notably The Adventures of Jonny Cougar, a series of light-hearted SF; and a number of book reviews and articles.

As a reader, I know how difficult it can be to try out a new author -- especially one you have never heard of before! -- so I am constantly seeking ways to make my works more available to the public. Some of my nonfiction works are available online, here and elsewhere, as well as several of my short stories and excerpts from my books. I welcome reader feedback, and look forward to your comments!
