My rolling past has lead me through many dark times...times that would crumble most people. But here I stand, hopefully stronger and smarter. Life continues to be rocky...throwing many stones.  I know not what lies for me tomorrow...I only have yesterday to learn from and today to start again.

I use to think that being able to see a new day was an achievement and it still is. As life goes on I've found that I have achieved many things large and small, some things only have importance to me. My work as a nurse has been a grounding force for me and I know it has impacted others lives for the better as well. Now my writing is reaping rewards...I now can say I'm a published poet. Poetry.com's lastest anthology named "Beyond The Garden's Gate" now has one of my poems included. Their next publishing of a book this fall will have my poem "Dying Dreams" included. Noble House Publishing will be releasing a book with a collection of poems this summer with my poem "Lost In The Mist" included...so I'm having fun seeing my work in print!!!
