Background
Information
Michelle was born and raised in Springdale, Arkansas. Writing has been a part of her since childhood when she would make up stories while sitting in the very top of the birch tree in her backyard, much to her parent's horror. Poetry seemed to call to her after she left school and she began keeping a notebook full of her poems, several of which have been published.
Over time she began trying to expand her writing to include works of fiction. Several false starts later she managed to find her niche in fantasy for young readers. Elysium and the Dominion's Prophesy is her first completed novel. She is currently at work on the second book in the Elysium series as well as two other projects.
