Using Calgary as a backdrop the author satirizes the self-serving nature of the public as it continues to fatten itself, not only physically, but egotistically as well.

I have translated my life experiences into my poetry and I hope to inspire and help those who read it. Life is my inspiration and the love of God and Jesus through my Faith and my family through my dedication and motivation. Most of my poems are written behind closed doors listening to my favorite piece of classical music from the movie "Platoon" which takes my mind,body and soul to another place which I cannot explain but my mind set is on a different wave length ( In the zone).
