Writing was first nature to me once introduce by my mother. She use to share old poems she wrote as a young woman. Expressing  my anger and frustrations as a child through writing poetry gave me an escape. Writing is my life, I love the feel of a new pen and how it hits the paper. This is one of many werid writing fetishes I have enjoyed over the years. One writer that influences me would be Maya Angelou. Not because of the many famous books she has written but for her being the first black woman to write a poem for a presidential inauguration. She wrote in 1993 " On the Pulse Of Morning".
