As an honors graduate from Wingfield High School (1973), Jackson, MS. Dr. Tillman-Clark attened Jackson State University, Jackson, MS for three years, but received her BA degree from Columbus State University in Columbus, GA. Being called to full-time ministry, Dr. Tillman-Clark later attended Luther Rice Seminary in Lithonia, GA. and received a Master of Divinity degree in Theology where she was nominated as Who's Who among college and university students (2003). With a focus on Urban Development and Inter-Cultural Communications, she earned a Doctor of Ministry degree from United Theological Seminary in Dayton, Ohio (2003)and has also had the distinct privilege of studying at the University of Oxford and have been recognized for Personal Service in the field of Religion; being included in the 2008-2009 edition of the Heritage Registry of Who's Who, registered at the Library of Congress in Washington, DC.
