I started out writing science fiction and fantasy with Marion Zimmer Bradley being my editor.  My novelette "Ladyknight" appeared in SPELLS OF WONDER edited by Marion and published by DAW. My stories appeared in her anthologies and her magazine. A science fiction story of mine appeared in the January 2009 edition of BEYOND CENTAURI magazine. Then a friend suggested I consider writing romance in 2007.  I started reading pararnormal romance and then writing it and never turned back. My contemporary paranormal romance novella WHEN LOVE SURVIVES was published by Tease Publishing LLC. Sadly Tease Publishing closed in January 2013. My rights were reverted to me, and I have re-released WHEN LOVE SURVIVES in Kindle, Nook, Kobo, Smashwords, etc. WHEN LOVE SURVIVES is the first in the Vampires in Manhattan series. VAMPIRE KING OF NEW YORK was published with Soul Mate Publishing and it's available in Kindle and Amazon and Barnes and Noble print. VAMPIRE KING OF NEW YORK began a new series, Arnhem Knights of New York. New Release: VAMPIRE PRINCESS OF NEW YORK, Book 2 in the series, is currently available in Kindle. I have a bachelor's degree in Theater and a master's in Education. I'm a professional member of SFWA and a PAN member of RWA. I've been married for 37 years to the same guy who indulges my need for books and we've raised two daughters together. I am now a grandmother. My influences have been varied, so I'll just list the authors I adore: Edgar Allan Poe, Lewis Carol, J.M. Barrie, Paul Twitchell, Ray Bradbury, Marion Zimmer Bradley, Ursula LeGuin, Diana Wynn Jones, Lynsay Sands, Hannah Howell, a.c. Mason, Bianca D'Arc, and Charlaine Harris. I enjoy studying ancient cultures and mythologies. However, I'm always true to the first story I remember: Peter Pan.  How do you get to Neverland?
