I  come  from  a  rich  cultural  and  traditional  heritage.  My  influences  are  from the  great  civilization  of  my   people  (Yoruba)   and  their  spirituality . I  also   have  the  good  fortune  of  knowing  some  of  the  legends   of  the  culture   and  the  traditions. I  believe  that  there  are  a  lot  of  voices  being  silenced; through  the  arts  and  writing,  consciences  can  be   liberated.
