As a trained mentor, I've observed that people sometimes just need a hand to help them up and out of their current state and help them to feel empowered. Having myself survived many challenges and having had to start over many times, both in my personal life and in my working life, and realized how difficult starting over can be, I am now committed to helping others awaken the power they have within them to achieve success. As a believer in continuous self-improvement, I draw on the diverse talent I acquired through years of experience, education, and training and use it to motivate and mentor others. I give credit to Toastmasters International for helping me to develop the communication and leadership skills that I was able to draw on to write the book, Thrive Like a Dandelion: A Self-empowerment Journey of Fifty-two Steps.
