I am a business woman who was transformed by the horrors that I saw in health care.  Thus, I have been very committed for the last twenty years in teaching the public how to navigate the health system, through my tv series, Your Health Care:Choice or Chance? and my radio show on the award-winning radio station, WATD, 95.9 F.M, in Marshfield, Massachusetts. I was the Host/Producer of these important shows and they attracted a who's who in health, government and business, e.g. former Mass. Governor Michael Dukakis; former Mass. First Lady, Kitty Dukakis; Editor-In-Chief Emeritus of the New England Journal of Medicine, Dr. Arnold Relman; and Nobel Peace Prize Winner and noted cardiologist, Dr. Bernard Lown, to name a few. I have now given up the shows and have written my book, ELLEN IN MEDICALAND:TRUE STORIES OF HOW I FELL DOWN MEDICINE'S BLACK HOLE AND STILL LIVED AFTER ALL, which is on Kindle. I am now looking for a publisher to put it in paperback form. I have also written my one-woman show based on Ellen In Medicaland and am looking for a producer/director so that I can perform it around the U.S in 2014.  

Three masters degrees - City Planning and Public Administration from USC in L.A and a M.Ed from Northeastern U. in Boston, as well as a B.A from Connecticut College in New London, CT.
