Regina S. Molden, Esq. is managing partner of one of the largest minority owned law firms in the Southeast.  More than 5 years ago, she left big firm life behind and started her own firm with no clients and without borrowing any money to get started. Several years later, she continues to beat the business failure rates outlined by the Small Business Administration and has even gone on to start other successful businesses with little or no start-up capital. Regina understands that most aspiring business owners have more vision than money.  With this fundamental disconnect in mind, she uses her writings to coach readers on ways to thrive despite limited cash flow.  Regina believes that with proper guidance, anyone is capable of turning their unique gift or talent into a profit making venture.     

After taking charge of her career and charting her own course, Regina’s career as an attorney and as a business owner soared. Regina began to reach her fullest potential only after she left the glass ceilings behind. Her passion in life is to help others reach the top.
