Marynell weaved a childhood out of being a multiple incest victim. Her mother suffered mental illness and drug addiciton and even tried to kill her. Marynell's brother was an alcoholic by age fifteen. At age six, Marynell was thrown into the adult world of sex,housekeeping, cooking, laundry, and all the stress of an adult. Her pattern of life was set to go into abusive marriages which she did and even lost her first baby by beatings from steel toed shoes. Driven to the brink of suicide at her darkest moment Marynell began to take on a new growth of spirituality and climbed toward victory and leaving the status of victim behind. There is not one person that will not be touched by reading this book. It is the writters dream to reach as many people as possible from educator to victim and show her journey and insight.

Marynell served our country by being in the United States Army. She innovated the first crime data center while stationed in Germany.
