I am a Grambling State University graduate.  I went to school for accounting.  I graduated and then realized a few years later that my calling is teaching.  I am currently trying to get my teaching certification.  The major influences in my life may not be well known celebrities but they are very important in who I have become as a woman today.  They are my mother, Beverly Bradford, who is no longer dwelling amongst the living.  She is the one to credit the start of my relationship with God.   My older sister Deshonda Bradford, a woman whom I have come to model myself after.  My 6th grade math teacher Patsy Williams.  She challenged me when I was just a "lanky black girl" first making it into middle school.  There are others along the way but these 3 have had a major impact on me and my development.  Aside from those people,  Jesus is the most important influence in my life.  I am not a big reader though I love reading for pleasure and expressing myself through writing.
