More than 15 years ago, I became plagued with PMS and medicine could do nothing for me that I would allow them to do. Even my favorite alternative approaches left me unsatisfied. I started to apply what I did best with my own clients, namely start asking empowering questions about my symptoms. Some time elapsed. The morning I woke up with an answer that made sense, my symptoms totally disappeared to never come back. The rest is history as I started a serious research about our PMS in link with our subconscious. I love to find the true reasons behind our symptoms and help humans make a healing connection.
