Annette Patterson is an ordained minister of the gospel of Jesus Christ, who has been singing and speaking for over 35 years.  She is the mother of five beautiful children and two grandchildren. As a child, Annette realized she had been chosen to do something great in the lives of others. While enduring years of sexual, mental and emotional abuse, she knew that one day her pain and shame would bring glory to God. By ministering healing and empowerment to those who have had similar experiences, she has risen above her past. Annette always knew she would comfort others with the comfort she received from the Lord. Her commitment to, and faith in God is refreshing. Most people find it difficult to believe the magnitude of her confidence in the word of God. For her, God has proven over and over again that He will do what He has promised – God does fulfill His word. Never professing to be perfect and allowing the Lord to take her from glory to glory, she has led many to Christ by simply being the "real" Annette. She is dedicated to enhancing the lives of those she meets.  Annette has a straight forward way of approaching subjects and is not afraid to confront them.  "Identifying, confronting, positioning and advancing are the only true ways of moving from the past/present into your destiny", she proclaims. Passionate about helping women move from abusive pasts to productive, successful and happy futures; she began sponsoring, "Are You Looking for Love in All the Wrong Places?" seminars and workshops. These events empowered single women with the word of God, relationship training, support from other women and counseling.  Today Annette is committed to enhancing the lives of women, men, and youth through her writings, singing, motivational speaking and various other ministry programs. In the near future she will open several Transitional homes for women going through recovery.
