Julie's new book, Dream Bigger: Reclaiming a Life of Joy and Ease, was inspired from her own life experiences and those of the clients she coaches.  She has learned the hard way how life's curve balls can knock us to the ground.  Instead of giving up, however, she discovered the importance of "dreaming bigger" - seeing the challenge as an opportunity to reinvent herself and her life.  Julie draws on her experience as well as her training in relationship coaching and energy healing to encourage people to look beyond their current circumstances and envision a brighter future for themselves. In keeping with her philosophy of making dreams practical and attainable, Julie offers simple exercises and tools to guide the way.  Since she finds inspiration in real life stories, she includes interviews with people whose dreams ended up having a community or global impact. Julie has worked with words all her life in one form or another.  As a child, she created books with her own stories and illustrations.  Her first career was as a professional translator, although she continued to dabble with writing as the author of a bimonthly newspaper column.  Later she became the editor of her community's newspaper and started writing short stories, poetry (and the occasional novel) on the side. In December 2009, as she was writing a book about her travels in Ireland, the idea for Dream Bigger emerged and insisted on taking center stage.  This is her first published book (although definitely not the last!  The Ireland journey continues to beckon....)
