Comic books are one of the biggest influences in my life. I have been an avid comic reader since I was eleven and I learned that they are great medium for literature. I am also a big video game geek and games like Final Fantasy and Legend of Zelda have given me an anchor in the fantasy world. I like language and how it's manipulated. Writer's like Salvador Plascencia, Octiavia Butler, J.K. Rowling, and Suzanne Collins are my muse and I hope to one day write like them. I have a Bachelors in English and I focused on literary development and how characters are created. I have much to go before becoming a great novelist, but my imagination is more than vivid enough to make my pen burn at the parchment at night.
