I was born in Washington, DC in the early 1950's as the oldest of six children.   I graduated from High School in Washington, DC and immediately started working.  After working at Fannie Mae for 14 years, I was out of work due to a corporate wide lay off and knew that unemployment compensation was not the answer. Soon I found another position in the corporate world and started to rebuild my life again.  Working at a pharmaceutical research organization, I decided to enroll at the University of Maryland University College and began studying Business Management. In addition, I attended Progressive Christian College to expand my knowledge of the Bible. As a young child, I always had a thirst for knowledge and a curiosity about Jesus. I wanted to know more about Him and wanted to experience the Spirit of Christ that I often read about in books and in the Bible. There was just something drawing me closer to understand the true meaning of worship. It was an open invitation to come learn about the Passion of Christ.  The more I learned, the more I experienced.  It is with that zeal I endeavor to be an author of a book that would change lives of the broken in spirit.  I would hope that through my many trials and tribulations and with my learning how to be a survivor early in life that I would help someone triumphantly prevail.   Currently I reside in the suburbs of Southern Maryland and enjoy the fruits of my labor.  The Lord Jesus Christ changed my life considerably and now the outlook of my future is a good one.  I believe the future holds only what you put in it.  I endeavor to fulfill the promise of my potential to illuminate the path God will make known to me as he uncovers the mystery of my destiny.
