Since age nine, I have experience spiritual events beyond typical five-senses perception - out-of-body travels, visions, time-travels, remote viewing, etc.. We once called this phenomenon E.S.P. (extra-sensory perception,) although that limited term now encompasses a miriad of descriptions of the experience of higher perception. Books abound from authors detailing lives as psychics, mediums and spiritual travelers. At the same time, holistic health (alternative, integrated, phyto-science, natural, etc.) practitioners have been revealing time-honored remedies and protocols through books, movies and TV that empower readers and viewers to practice "preventive medicine" and mind/body wellness. In "Home with God - the Restoration of Your Spiritual Self", I introduce both concepts of higher perception and holistic health so that the reader may truly experience the whole model of mind/body/spirit healing. In this context, spiritual awareness and physical healing co-exist synergistically, each contributing to the fullest expression of potential mental, physical and spiritual healing for the reader. Through guided meditations, mental exercises, non-denominational prayers and, most effectively, just reading the actual words of the spiritually-coded text, the reader is nudged gently into a higher rate of vibrational frequency, thereby activating his/her DNA into a more healthy state and enhancing the body's immune system, while also elevating consciousness to a higher level, which can lead to an actual experience of being Home with God. This is accomplished through the telling of stories of personal experiences, spiritually-charged "speakings" (prose) and reader participation with the guided exercises and meditations, as well as the introduction of recipies and practices for holistic healing and, at the conclusion, a suggestion of twenty "frequency elevators" designed to promote  mental, physical and spiritual healing for the reader. My lifetime as a holistic health advocate and practitioner coupled with my lifetime of spiritual experiences has enabled me to advance this book for the purpose of this work.
