Writing has always been close to my heart. Only recently though have I been able to put pen to paper and make some very real progress. Fiction and Science Fiction are my first loves, with comedy following right up behind - especially dark comedies. Writing very much takes one into oneself. It takes that to be able to get the thoughts down on paper to a point where, when anyone reads it, they can be drawn into the same place as you, the writer. As a new writer in this massively large arena, I have plenty to learn. I find it not only exciting but somewhat daunting at the same time. My motivation for writing mainly comes from real life experiences and every day events. To make these worthy of reading can be a challenge at times. I always look forward to writing my next book, having a healthy list of titles keeps me writing every day.
