As a child, I never dreamed of being a writer. I was more of a dreamer. It wasn't until I was older that I enjoyed writing, expecially poetry, short stories and freelance. I couldn't see it at the time, but all those little moments helped mold and bring out the desire that was hidden somewhere I didn't know existed. But it was this one nagging idea that had me so excited, I had to give in. I knew the last word before I knew the first, and I knew the main story line and characters, that to me, seemed all to real. My main motivation was the "you can do it" from my family that kept me going. I realized they saw something in me that gave me the drive to want to write and see it through. Even if it was never published, I wanted to write. I have a passion for young adult novels and that's what I love to write.
