George was born and raised in the New York Metropolitan area. He served in the public sector in the water treatment industry for 30 years and is a Vietnam era veteran. George is now retired. He is also the author of The Reprobate, his two-part memoir. The author's favorite saying: That which makes the rest of the human race sad can certainly make your joy greater.
