C J has been writing since high school when she knew she wanted to be a professional writer. After several ups and downs, she's settled in to writing short stories, poetry and novels. Her first two novels are romance, but not the mushy stuff found in the BIG publishers lists. She likes to think of them as being a little more realistic, a little more like Nicholas Sparks novels--just good stories. CJ keeps busy reading, writing, attending writing conferences, and caring for 9 cats, 2 dogs, and a husband.

Wyoming Dreamer received the 2010 Western Horizon Award from Wyoming Writers, Inc. and many, many contest wins.
