I am Lori Webb. As an American Expat who has lived in Europe for more than half of her life, I am no longer able to see things from simply one perspective. Diversity has become an integrated part of my everyday existence and in researching entrepreneurship it was an element that I found grossly lacking. Three years ago, I embarked upon a journey to discover how entrepreneurship was represented across the globe. 200+ interviews representing over 30 cultures later has produced a rich experience that I believe just scratches the surface. During this time, I have uncovered several interesting overriding categories, similar threads of motivation, challenge and parameters for success. Although, not an entirely complete representation, the book is quite comprehensive in its scope and unique for the market.
