Information
My first career was as a medical laboratory technologist which was afacinating. field. I later went back to school, and after obtaining a Masters Degree in Speech Language Science, I spent the next 30 years working as a speech pathologist for a public school system where I specialized in the preschool population.
The major influences in shaping my desire to research and write was first of all, having parents who were voracious readers. Secondly, they sacrificed greatly to provide me with the opportunity to attend a private school where I received a classical education. The teachers there instilled a love of history and a passion for research.
