I am an Indie Author for: Winter's Mystery-Time to Go Within: Spiriyual Journey. This book combinds spirituallity, psycology, poetry and photography.  I have been on a spiritual journey for years seeking the meaning of life. I learned that this journey was essential for discovering the root cause of the emotional pain from the psychological situations. It became for me a tool leading towards self-development and wholeness.   I had experienced identity loss and it tore me apart. I was living in a convent as a Catholic Nun, for twenty-one years. One day while in prayer the word vocation expanded and I out grew the conditioning. No longer could I continue to follow that way of living. It was hard to let go and begin another life, my soul wanted to grow and the Hero’s journey of becoming was the road my soul was calling me to follow.   For years I kept denying the writer in me that longed to come forth. You see, I intuited my worth but was not as yet aware of how to validate myself. Today, poetry has become the portal for expressing my soul’s essence. I have been writing poetry for more than thirty years and the fruits of my labors are in the present collection of poems, “Winter’s Mystery-Time to Go Within: Spiritual Journeying”.   Today, my spiritual work is to encourage and guide authors to self-publish their book. Offering spiritual coaching to discover their inner writer and set it free. I provide information and insights for managing the psychological trauma and I assist the spiritual seeker towards self-knowledge to obtain freedom.   I enjoy working with others who are open to discovering the “why” of their emotional pain and willing to look inside to create better ways to love themselves. The journey is all about learning and growing more authentic.   I work with dreams. visualization. journaling, active imagination and imagery to unravel the whereabouts of the tramua. These tools traveled with me through the darkness of the unknown and allowed me to rebirth the new.The words set me free and the words will set you to honor your wonder and to discover who you are.   With the cost of health care rising, Reinventing Health is the process of being proactive in advocating for our own wellness.   Reinventing Health Publishing is the business entity through which I can release my own literary works to assist people in their journey towards well-being. I offer a practical and easy guide for  organizing your book and bringing it to reality. I have learned much from my experience with self publishing my book and can teach others what I learned from the process.   I love working in my greenhouse and planting herbs, vegetables and flowers. Connecting with Nature is healing for me and I learn much as her cycles of change unfolds.

I won the Outstanding Achievement In Poetry Award presented by poetry.com and the International Library of Poetry. I am a Registered Nurse and advocate for BodyMindSpirit connection, a Certified Health Educator and Nutritionist, I also organized and led community outreach programs to instill health awareness in the community. My interest in energy led me to the doors of The American Society of Dowsers where I completed the program on dowsing and received a . certificate. I am certified as a Family Herbalist from the School of Natural Healing, College of Herbal Education in Utah. National Association
