Information
I suffered from a 14 year addiction to drugs, including heroin. I have been off drugs for 35 years. I was in a variety of treatment facilities as well as 12 step programs. I know what works and I know what doesn't. I understand addiction. I write about the post traumatic roots of my addiction as well as the spiritual solution.
