-I was blessed with a magnificent father, raised a civil rights community worker, and given the opportunity to expiate my mind from ignorance with  a marvelous liberal education at Lewis and Clark College plus a humanistic docturate in Human Behavior and Educational Leadership--precisely my interests. I've been in a wonderful love affair with my other Heathen, Clovis Dennis, going on 37 years doing the Lord's Work.  I love  the didactic Jesus, I've come to abhor organized religion, Christianity, Republicans, Catholicism, lawyers and and mindless schooling.  FDR and his 2nd Billl of Human Rights is our quintessential President, leader.  I am a John Dewey, George Axtelle kind of teacher. Authoritarian leaders,  politicians in general,  I place on a par with war, pestulance, racism and poverty. I believe the corporate mentality is killing America.The strenthening of the individual is the way to achieve truly actualized, truly civil social beings. My favorite writers are  Ibsen, Kazantzakis, Steinbeck, Camus, Whitman, Lawrence, Wendell Berry, Mark Twain, John Muir, Jack London, Thoreau, Emerson and the Russians. Clovis assures me that the only word in the English language I care how it's spelled is my first name. My Grandfather taught me we are here to create beauty and to love roses and I love collie and sheltie dogs, college sports, primarily football.I love nature, good music and all beauty.
