Background
Information
After reading Alex Haley's "Roots" I developed a passion for genealogy and history so when I discovered a new interest in writing I was naturally drawn to historical fiction where my love for both seemed to go hand in hand. I wanted to write an Australian series and after a visit to Tasmania the ideas for a family saga largely set in this beautiful, and often untamed island, started to gel in my mind.
Writing the story has been a long process, with many stops and starts, but the first book in the series, "The Soldier's Seed", was eventually published in July, 2012.
Later that year the second book in the series, "The Divergence" was published in both ebook and print formats.
The third book in the seried, "Jagged Waters" was also released in ebook and print format in early 2013.
