The author is a retired police detective from a small affluent town in Westchester County, New York. Most people believe nothing happens in a small town. It is my desire to prove the skeptics wrong. Not only does crime occur but the worst criminals around seem to find there way into this small town. I have experienced every crime listed in the New York State Penal Code. Not a day goes by that I don't think of some poor victim who had to endure the worst pain imagineable at the hands of a killer or worse.
