Accomplishments
Dr. Julie earned her Ph.D in Counseling Psychology from the University of Buffalo. She also holds a Masters of Science from the University of Rochester and a Bachelor of Arts from Smith College. Dr. Julie worked on staff at the Genesee County Mental Health Clinic for eighteen years. She then joined the staff of Project Head Start where she worked for fifteen years as a consultant. She has been practicing mental health and counseling for 35 years.
