Joanne Lécuyer is a Canadian indie author who loves writing positive fantasy/fiction chapter books for kids (age 7-10) and picture books (age 3-6)). Her books include: The Witch, the Cat and the Egg (2010)/La sorciere, le chat et l'oeuf (2012), Kaptain Vamp (2011)/Kapitaine Vampire (2014), The Tales of Anex and Bit (2012), The Witch, the Cat and the Water Dragon (2014), My Friend Merlin (2014),Shanlia and the Magic Pixie Dust (2017), and Kaptain Vamp and the Medallion Mystery (2018). Joanne spent her childhood years in North Bay, Ontario, Canada. She now lives in Gatineau, Quebec. Joanne is also a Reiki Master.
