My major influence was Peg Marshall. she was a one room school teacher whom I met when I was about 4 years old. she taught me that reading could be fun, and I would love to leave that impression with other children (people) that read and enjoy my books. i have been a preschool teacher, daycare director, worked with the elderly, and am currently a Direct Support Professional in a group home setting. all this, and am an Author,too. i have earned a BA degree from Empire State college as an English major, and Early Childhood Education as my minor. i have been telling stories for years and have finally decided to put them down on paper.
