Story telling is a tradition in my family. As a child I told many stories, mostly about dogs or ghosts. I now write about dogs but I left others to write about ghosts. I started writing and drawing comic books by age eight. I sold then for pennies on the streets of East Los Angels.during a long career in the United States Marine Corps I wrote in a small note book I kept in the pocket of my utility jacket, occasionally showing my short stories to other Marines. While my studies in college were not oriented to authoring stories, I never stopped writing about the world I live in and the interesting people, animals, and events that triggered my imagination. Today, I spend most of my time putting my imagination to work bring alive the character and places that color my perspective.
