Information
Crime and Mystery writers Martha Grimes and Val McDermid were my influences while developing the Olivia Gates and Will Green crime series I currently write. The lead female character is a single mother, something you don't see often in a crime series.
Crime fiction is a new endeavor for me and I find that I enjoy the difficulty and complexities of writing it as well as researching it.
