As Director of Public Affairs for the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors, Paul Brennan Jr. is responsible for all communications, marketing, and government affairs functions. Graduated with a B.A.s in Journalism and English from Kent State University, Mr. Brennan began his career in northeast Ohio as a broadcast journalist. As such, he reported numerous news stories for major national broadcast networks and wire services. The award-winning author began writing professionally at the age of 19. He has penned a number of articles and lectured on the subjects of marketing and government affairs at universities, and before international professional groups and associations. During a career spanning 45 years, the Pittsburgh native has been honored with both the Gold Quill and the Silver Anvil. He is a former professional advisor to journalism students at The Ohio State University. Mr. Brennan has served with the National Board since 1992.
