Would it be too cliché to say that "Life" has been (and is) the "motivation" behind my writing? I hope not. Because that's the way it is. I've always been, and continue to be a creator. Not only of Books, But also of Music, Photographs, and Videos. My current book "More than a Year in Provence" is the result of my Ten plus years of cycling the French country backroads to film my lifestyle/adventure series - "Bicycle Gourmet's Treasures of France." In essence that book, the first in a series, is a "behind the scenes" look at that filming. Including those memorable experiences that for one reason or another didn't translate into film. Being active in all these areas of creativity means that there is very littlle time left for anything else. And I'm good with that.
