Studying for a degree in Art &Aesthetics at what is now Cardiff Metropolitan University, ignited my interest in philosophy, allowing me to explore beyond the everyday, and asking questions. I'm afraid I argued a lot!  Creating a character who delves into the known and unknown, seeking out possible answers (and allowing my curious mind to wander), while also arguing his case for being written, seemed the natural way to go, and so the first book in what I hope will be a trilogy, came to be. WBP, the Would-Be-Protagonist, is not ready to let me go. Born and brought up in Norway, I'm also writing a children's book that is set in my childhood, but takes in the future Welsh influence ( I settled in Wales in 1972), and there are more manuscripts awaiting the red pen, as well as a cookery book or two with a difference (I hope).
