I'm a mother, retired nurse with a degree in psychology, free lance writer, author and motivational speaker. I'm passionate and driven when it comes to the written word. and the power it carries to hurt or heal. Life in itself, with its twists and turns, has been one of the greatest influences in my desire to write words that motivate, inspire, encourage and heal. The other major influence in my life has been my partner of 40 years. Her spiritual depth and understanding of what it means to live ones authentic truth and best life, in face of the obstacles presented us, has further inspired my dreams to be an author. Wayne Dyer, Scott Peck, Neale Donald Walsh and Eckhart Tolle are but  a few of the many authors I've read that have touched a cord in me and also influenced me on my path. 

"Journey into Thought" Awakening to Spirit was nominated by Cyrus Webbs' Book Club, as one of twelve books to read for 2013.

My memoir "A Fall to New Heights" received an award from the Hollywood Book Festival in 2011.

The "Spiritual Awareness and Authentic Living Meet Up" that takes place bi-weekly is a new venture.
