Motivated by the desire for authentic connection, unity and peace in a world that is overun by automatons and governed through psychopathic machinations. Ever a seeker, sometimes a finder, lover of lover's, collector of Buddhas, dig a bit of bubbly, into chuckling. Community worker for many years, advocating disability and human rights, highlighting  the hidden world of the underbelly , including the needs of the homeless, and promoting the requirement for eternal vigilence when it comes to social justice. Words are powerful and can heal or harm. I enjoy messages of inspiration and hope, as well as the cutting blade of satire and irony, the laser of unflinching and courageous truth and the brutal power of  black humour such as Bill Hick's and George Carlin's in the face of apathy, conformity, so much blah-ness, fear, and what Bill called mall cutlure (I'm sure you get it). Favourite poets include Rumi, Walt Whitman, Mary Oliver, Sylvia Plath, David Whyte,Frost.
