Steven Holley has written seminar and Bible study materials as well as journal articles, college curricula, and patents. His other roles have included pastor, missionary, mentor, educator, engineer, and conference speaker. Steven's writings reflect the universal and non-optional principle of cause and effect – that we eventually reap what we sow – blessings and curses.  His latest study guide is titled “Spiritual Life: How Do Spiritual Decisions Bring a Satisfying, Stable, and Sustainable Relationship with God?” His educational writing won the 2009 Paul T. Hiser Exemplary Publication Award. Over a decade in preparation, his new WestBow Press release, “In Defense Of The Cross Of Christ” is based on Philippians 3:18 and includes amazing personal stories of spiritual warfare with counterfeit Christians. Written with much passion and love for God’s word that is compelled by His Holy Spirit and five thousand hours of Bible study and revelation, Steven writes a poignant exposé and penetrating analysis on the spiritual anemia epidemic in America and the abusive state of shipwrecked church leadership. Another source of godly inspiration for Steven was a book written by L. E. Maxwell, “Born Crucified.” Mr. Maxwell wrote this book in 1945, and fifty years later Steven found it in an antique flea market. He had an immediate witness of the spirit with this author through his writing. Mr. Maxwell’s grieving of waning Christian faith, plus acute gospel abuse, were no less foreboding more than sixty-five years ago than Steven’s are today.
