My name is Peter Carroll. I'm a forty-something Scotsman who lives in Dunblane with my wife and daughter. I'm a committed conservationist with a passion for the natural world. I'm also a bass player and avid music fan. You'll find my books are often tough, violent and littered with sweary words, but also laced with humour and inventive word play. My literary heroes include Christopher Brookmyre, Stephen King, and Irvine Welsh. I have six novels published: A three book (so far) police procedurals series featuring DI AdamStark - Stark Contrasts, Stark Choices and Stark Realities. A couple of crime thrillers In Many Ways and Drivers, and apocalyptic thriller Pandora's Pitbull.
