Nithin Purple has been working in Abu Dhabi for five and a half years now, and somewhere along, he found writing as a way to deal with his loneliness. He used to love the books he read at school back home in Thiruvananthapuram. He loved Shakespeare and Keats. In 2014, he brought out his first book of poems—Halcyon wings. He wrote a travel book—The Bell Ringing Woman—next year and in 2016, his third poetry collection came out as Venus and Crepuscule. ‘I didn’t want to waste the years, I decided to write at least one book every year” Nithin says sitting at home in Peringammala, Thiruvananthapuram. It is the loneliness—the suppression and depression you feel when you are alone—that made him write. Purple is a last name he chose for a pen name. Halcyon Wings (2014)was crafted With an extreme Peace of mind, during the Author's stint far away from his home, the Author sought solitude to write his lyrical poesy. An author's invention to grasp liberty in a very tranquil way. The book has very importance for Natural phenomena around and its impact or a connection over human feelings.There are elegies,  Metaphysical,visionary,Romance,Hope,Hopelessness poems, Grecian travels of mind, a travel through the ideas of greatest philosophers of Europe, the fine arts and beauty.  The book sure keeps a memory string that joins you readers, if you will pick them sincerely well. It is an anthology of very exquisite, lyrical, conventional poetry.    ‘The Bell Ringing Woman’ (2015) by Nithin Purple embarks from a mystic mind (of the Narrator) who was guided by a woman of Inspiration; literally he called ‘The Bell Ringing Woman’. When he sat pondered in his drawing room, a flash of fire clasped his mind and took him into far worlds of wonders. The ardent mind of him with emergent passion led him travel with a great pleasure. The narrator began to tell his mind’s reflection, so as to make the journey a hopeful, philosophical and revolutionary with the extraordinary and direful visions he had. The book was conceived with his greatest warmth of mind. The iconic travel was with the aid of an external soul (‘The Bell Ringing Woman’); who communicated deeply with a human spirit (narrator of the story). The narrator beautifully tells the story with some by past flavors of antiquity, he considered ‘The Bell Ringing Woman’ as an icon of the present world’s courageous femininity, who takes the narrator into four European countries like Ancient Greece, Cultural Italy, pastoral Ireland and Revolutionary Germany. There are four different incidents occurring throughout their travel in a Golden Chariot drawn by two powerful horses. The journey was far above the vault of the skies, as it is a journey of imagination itself, limitless.   Venus and Crepuscule(2016) is all about the revenge of an author who is belittled by the society to which he tries to give beauty through Literature. He follows a kind of blended Romanticism “It is all sundry subjects, a few coming from real life too, poems like Beloved, Loneliness, Spirit, My Mother’s Emerald Land, and Dreams of Dead Spirit.  

All the three books are self published with the help of Penguin Book's Partridge. Nithin has already begun work on his new book for this year—a novel
