Born and raised in Pennsylvania, La'Nique Stephens is the eldest of her single mother's two daughters. In December of 2011, La'Nique's first erotic novel, "Role Players", was published. The novel came out a few days after Christmas. Only published under La'Nique at that time, she has since added Stephens to her work. When she is not writing, or reading (thrillers, mystery, erotica, coming-of-age, etc), she is spending time with her relatives. (Very close to her grandparents!) After graduating High School in 2013, La'Nique self-published her second novel "Engaged to Deception" on the Amazon Kindle. She loves to volunteer; mainly with students at her former Elementary School. She's also a supporter of the LGBT community (she's bisexual).
